Pull Yourself Together!!
Feeling like you’re going in to many directions at once? You
need to ground and center yourself. Start by sitting up tall with your fee flat
on the floor; put your hands together in front of your heart, prayer position.
Now bow your head, close your eyes and take 3 or more breaths, until you feel
you focus and attention coming back to you. Open your eyes take a deep breath
and pick one thing to get back to.
