5 Minutes For Me: 5 Minutes For Me is about making time in your life for you. Making time in your busy schedule to keep yourself healthy, happy, and well. I'm Rachel Vaglio, I am Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner.I am a wife and mother of two, I work full time and have a very busy life. For several years I ran myself down taking care of everyone but me. At that point what choice did I have, I had to find a way to take care of me, fit myself into my busy life.Now I would like to share some of what has worked for me, with you.
